Accessibility

Everyone should be able to browse, bid, and sell here

Auction Timepieces wants every collector to be able to use this site, whatever tools they rely on. We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we treat that standard as the bar for every page we build, from browsing auctions to placing a bid and listing a watch.

What we do

We review the site regularly with automated checks and by hand, using a keyboard alone and with a screen reader. We fix what we find, and we check new pages and features against the same standard before they go live. The site is actively being improved, and some areas will still fall short while that work continues.

If something is hard to use

Tell us. If a page, control, or document is difficult or impossible to use, email support@auctiontimepieces.com or use the on any page. Describe what you were trying to do and where it went wrong, and we will respond and work to fix it.

Another way to do it

If an accessibility barrier stops you from completing something on the site, including registering, bidding, or submitting a watch, our support team can complete it with you by email or by phone on request.

Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to every way you reach us.
